Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.
At Vioxa, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our perfumes and products are crafted for quality and enjoyment, but we understand that sometimes issues can occur during delivery. Verification:
We will review your claim and, if valid, approve the refund or replacement.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account (time may vary by bank/payment provider).
Shipping charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not refund shipping charges if the return is due to a no-fault reason. (Use of perfumes and change of mind not accepted as valid causes.)Vioxa
If a replacement is requested and approved, we will send the correct or non-defective item at no extra cost.
Replacements depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Refunds or returns are not provided for:

Perfumes opened or used without defect
